How long does shipping take?
After your order is placed, our team carefully prepares each item with love and care. Processing usually takes 1 to 2 business days before your package is handed over to our international shipping partners.

Order and Shipping Confirmation
After placing your order with Magic Tree Kids, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a second email including your tracking number, courier information, and the estimated delivery date.
✨ If you don’t see our emails in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder — our fairies might have taken a wrong turn!
Processing Time and Shipping Schedule
We lovingly prepare each order with care and magic. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process, pack, and hand over your package to our delivery partners.
🕒 Note: The processing time is separate from the shipping time. Your total delivery time will be the processing time + shipping time listed on our shipping policy.
📦 Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Courier Partners and Tracking
At Magic Tree Kids, we work with reliable international courier partners to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, estimated delivery time, and courier details — so you can follow your order’s journey from our enchanted world to your door.
📦 Please note that tracking information may take 1 to 4 business days to appear on the courier’s website. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and local courier operations.
While we do our best to ensure safe and timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
In case of any delivery issue, our team will be happy to assist you — just reach out, and we’ll help resolve it as quickly and kindly as possible.
Damages During Delivery
At Magic Tree Kids, we pack each order with the greatest care to make sure everything arrives safe, sound, and magical. ✨
However, sometimes unexpected issues may happen during transport, and a package might arrive with signs of damage caused by the courier.
If this happens, please take photos of the packaging and the item and contact the delivery company as soon as possible.
You can also send the same photos to us at service@kidsmagictree.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you with love and care.
🚫 Please note: damages caused during courier handling fall outside our refund policy, as they occur after the package leaves our hands. We conduct quality checks before every order is shipped and ensure it leaves our facility in perfect condition.

Incomplete or Incorrect Orders
We prepare each order with a lot of care, but if your package arrives with missing or incorrect items, don’t worry — we’re here to help! 💌
Please contact us at service@kidsmagictree.com within 48 hours of receiving your package, and include your order number along with a description (or photo) of the issue.
Depending on stock availability, we may send the missing items separately — in which case, you’ll receive additional tracking emails for each parcel.
Shipping costs for missing or incorrect items will be fully covered by us.
If we are unable to resend the item, we’ll happily issue a full refund for the missing piece.
Delayed Delivery
We understand how exciting it is to wait for your little one’s special package, and we do our best to ship every order as quickly as possible.
However, some delays may occur due to situations beyond our control — and we kindly ask for your understanding in those moments. 💗
📦 For example, courier services may experience unexpected delays due to severe weather, customs processing, or transportation issues.
When this happens, we work closely with our delivery partners to make sure your package arrives safely and as soon as possible.
Additionally, delays may occasionally happen due to product availability, payment verification, or order processing issues. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know right away.

International Shipping

All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid), which means that import taxes, duties, or customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery.

Please note that international delivery may take longer than domestic shipping, and courier websites can take 1 to 4 business days to update tracking information.
While we do our best to ensure smooth deliveries, Magic Tree Kids is not responsible for delays, customs holds, or additional fees caused by the local authorities of the destination country.
If your package is held at customs, you may be asked to provide documentation to release it. In that case, our team will be happy to help guide you through the process as much as possible — just reach out to us! 💕
Lost or Stolen Packages
We know how frustrating it can be to experience a lost or stolen package, and we’re truly sorry if this happens. Once your order is handed over to our trusted courier partners, it leaves our hands — but please know we’re still here to support you. 💕
If your package seems to be lost or stolen, please contact us at service@kidsmagictree.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you right away.
We also recommend that you contact the courier directly to open a claim. Most courier companies have a process for lost or stolen items and may request additional information. If needed, we’ll also speak to the courier on your behalf and help with updates.
🚫 Please note: Lost or stolen packages fall outside our refund policy, but depending on the case, we may offer a replacement or credit, as long as the loss is confirmed and documented.
In certain cases, the courier may be able to locate and redeliver the package. If the item cannot be found, we suggest filing a police report, especially if the courier confirms a delivery was made.
Returns

Order Cancellation and Refusal
