At Magic Tree Kids, we want every delivery to feel magical — but if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help with care and kindness. 💗
We offer a 14-day return window, starting from the date you receive your item.
🎁 Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be requested via email before sending anything back. Unannounced returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions. The return shipping cost is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
💔 Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund.
🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns for:

Personalized or custom items

Intimate wear (such as underwear or swimsuits)

Items purchased on clearance or during final sale

Items not in original condition or returned after the 14-day window

Want a different size or color?
The fastest way is to return your item (following our policy), and then place a new order for the item you prefer.
💸 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, it will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember: your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to process the refund on their end.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please email us again.
