Shipping Policy

How long does shipping take?

After your order is placed, our team carefully prepares each item with love and care. Processing usually takes 1 to 2 business days before your package is handed over to our international shipping partners.

Delivery time varies depending on your location:

  • USA: 6–10 business days

  • UK: 5–9 business days

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

  • Europe: 7–12 business days

  • Australia: 7–14 business days

  • Asia & other regions: 8–15 business days

Order and Shipping Confirmation

After placing your order with Magic Tree Kids, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a second email including your tracking number, courier information, and estimated delivery date.

If you don’t see our emails in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder — our fairies might have taken a wrong turn!


Processing Time and Shipping Schedule

We lovingly prepare each order with care and magic.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process, pack, and hand over your package to our delivery partners.

Note: The processing time is separate from shipping time.
Your total delivery time = processing time + shipping time listed in this policy.

📦 Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Courier Partners and Tracking

We work with reliable international courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with:

  • Tracking link

  • Estimated delivery time

  • Courier details

Tracking information may take 1 to 4 business days to appear on the courier’s website.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on location, customs, or local courier operations.

If you experience any delivery issue, our team is here to help — just reach out and we’ll assist with love and care.


Damages During Delivery

We pack each order with great attention so everything arrives safe and magical. ✨
However, unexpected courier handling issues may occasionally cause damage.

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and the item

  2. Contact the delivery company immediately

  3. Send the photos to service@kidsmagictree.com so we can also assist you

🚫 Please note: Damage caused during transportation falls outside our refund policy, as it occurs after the package leaves our hands.


Incomplete or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives with missing or incorrect items, don’t worry — we’re here to help!

Please contact us at service@kidsmagictree.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description or photo of the issue

Depending on availability, missing items may be shipped separately with new tracking details.

We fully cover shipping costs for missing or incorrect items.
If an item cannot be resent, we will issue a full refund for the missing piece.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any address changes.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We can reship it to the corrected address (shipping cost paid by customer), or

  • Issue a refund for the item(s), minus the original shipping cost

If the courier delivers to the wrong address due to an incorrect entry and the package does not return to us, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.


Delayed Delivery

We know how exciting it is to wait for your child’s special package.
While we ship as quickly as possible, some delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Customs

  • Transportation issues

  • Payment verification

  • Product availability

If any issue occurs, we will notify you right away.

Although exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, our team is always here to support you kindly and promptly.


International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide to bring our magic to little princesses everywhere! 🌍✨

All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid).
This means import taxes or customs fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

In most cases, no additional charges apply — but this varies by country.

Tracking information for international shipments can take 1–4 business days to update.

Magic Tree Kids is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs

  • Additional fees

  • Customs holds

  • Local courier issues

If your package is held at customs and documentation is required, our team will happily assist you.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package appears lost or stolen, please contact us at:

We also recommend contacting the courier to open a claim.

🚫 Please note: Lost or stolen packages fall outside our refund policy, but depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or store credit once the loss is confirmed.

In some cases, couriers can recover and redeliver packages.
If theft is suspected and the courier confirms delivery, we recommend filing a police report.


Returns

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
